Town of St. James Celebrates the Grand Opening of Maxwell Drive

McGill’s Knoxville Office Provides CEI Services for the Historic Niota Train Depot

McGill Associates’ Knoxville office is providing CEI services to the City of Niota during the restoration of the 163-year-old Niota Train Depot, the oldest train depot in Tennessee and home to Niota City Hall. The Train Depot is currently undergoing repairs and renovations after receiving $378,000 in funding from the Tennessee Department of Transportation enhancement grant; McMinn County will fund a 20-percent local match.
