McGill Expands into Virginia and Announces Office Leadership Changes

Newport News Office to Open February 1st

Kicking off 2018, Joel Storrow, PE, McGill Associates’ President, announced the 33-year-old firm will be adding its eighth office and expanding into the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. Building upon its success in North Carolina and Tennessee, the Newport News office is on schedule to open in early February.

Leadership Changes

In addition, Storrow announced several leadership changes within the firm to continue delivering innovative solutions to clients, while expanding its service lines and geographical footprint. Danny Bridges, PE, Vice President, will assume the Office Manager role for the Newport News, Virginia office. The Asheville Office Manager position will be filled by Mark Cathey, PE.

In the Hickory office, Andy Lovingood, PE, will expand his role as Vice President, providing leadership to all eight offices and practice areas. Doug Chapman, PE, will be filling the role as Hickory Office Manager.

Keith Webb, PE, Vice President will expand his role, applying his many technical skills to the company’s most complex assignments, while continuing to serve as the primary point of contact for a number of the firm’s long-time clients.
