In January 2020, Andy was named President of McGill. He has over 30 years of consulting engineering experience and has been the guiding force behind some of McGill’s most noteworthy projects. Andy is recognized as a strong communicator and acknowledged for his extensive technical engineering, management, and operations expertise in public infrastructure, which has proven invaluable to our clients. Prior to being appointed President, Andy served as Vice President at McGill, providing leadership to the core services and all nine offices of the firm. He began his career in public service as the Director of Engineering for the City of Concord, North Carolina, helping to define the infrastructure and development pathway for Concord to become the tenth most populous city in North Carolina.
