Alexander County – Courthouse Park Summer Concert Series

Alexander County Courthouse Park Summer Events

In Taylorsville, Alexander County is bringing residents together through its 2025 Summer Concert Series at Courthouse Park, an inviting public space designed for connection and celebration.

The next event in the series takes place on July 19th, offering live music in a beautifully designed public space that blends history with modern amenities. The Courthouse Park project, developed with McGill’s support, reflects the County’s vision for a central gathering place that is both accessible and welcoming for all ages.

City of Newton – Music on Main

Downtown Newton comes alive with Music on Main, a summer concert series that brings residents together for evenings of live entertainment and food trucks. The next event is scheduled for July 10th and will coincide with a Streetscape Celebration, marking the completion of revitalization work in the downtown area.

This project, supported by McGill, represents a long-term investment in placemaking — making Downtown Newton a walkable, lively space that is ideal for community events, dining, and shopping.
