McGill is Set to Attend the 2022 VLGMA Winter Conference
This year, McGill will be a Silver Sponsor at the Virginia Local Government Management Association (VLGMA) Winter Conference in Staunton, Virginia, from February 16th through 18th. The VLGMA conference is a great opportunity for professionals to connect with one another while learning about the latest developments in their field from experts and peers.

VLGMA CONFERENCE THEME
The theme of the VLGMA Winter Conference this year is The Big Reveal. Local governments have faced numerous challenges over the past few years, which have been reflected in a variety of ways. On the basis of those revelations, this conference provides an excellent opportunity for us to explore what the past has revealed about our communities and gives us the space to discuss and develop innovative solutions to address those challenges in our work moving forward.
VLGMA CONFERENCE AGENDA
The VLGMA conference will consist of workshops on demographic trends in Virginia, new labor relations law, cybersecurity, human resource recruitment and retention in the current market, public communication, public engagement strategies, American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding, diversity and inclusion, and more.
We are excited to return from this conference with a refreshed outlook and new information that will allow us to best serve our clients.
