Angie Alley is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources function at McGill. She oversees a company-wide process of organizational development that addresses corporate culture, personnel forecasting, workforce development, job design and classification, and benefit administration, while managing the day-to-day functions of the human resources department. Under Angie’s guidance, McGill is focused on recruiting and retaining the most qualified and best fit engineering and support personnel for McGill. Having passed the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) exam, she is certified in the strategic and policy-making aspects of HR management as practiced in the United States.
