McGill Spotlights

Path to a Project Manager

R.J. Mozeley, PE

Project Manager

“The combination of McGill’s organizational structure and in-house expertise has afforded me the opportunity to not only be exposed to a wide variety of civil and environmental engineering projects, but to contribute actively as a younger engineer. That experience and opportunity has also helped me transition into the next phase of my career as part of the project management team, and I look forward to helping grow the next group of young designers.”

Building the Team

McGill competed in the City of Asheville Fall Co-Hospitality Softball League in Montford Park last fall. “Getting together outside the office in a fun way really helped build better working relationships inside the office,” said McGill team captain, Kyle Seaman. “I look forward to getting the team back together and hope we can continue building on the momentum we started last season.”
