The project is located off Pond Road near the Asheville Outlet Malls and consists of 100 single-family homes and 140 townhouse units on approximately 55 acres. Roadway Complete and Providing Rewarding Views from the Top of Southcliff

Rhodes Pond Dam and Spillway Groundbreaking Ceremony
